Guided tour of the oil mill, explanation of the different phases of the olive processing process up to the packaging of the prized extra virgin olive oil, walk among our olive groves, our young vineyards, olive groves and walnut groves. The tour ends with a presentation and tasting of various types of Agricola Taurino extra virgin olive oil. Added to this is the presentation and tasting of our red Susumaniello IGP Puglia wine. We will have the pleasure of serving you friselline or bread with extra virgin olive oil, a first and second course, a glass of our red Susumaniello PGI Puglia wine, water and coffee are included. The tasting will take place in a covered, protected, reserved area specially equipped with benches and tables at the end of which you will have time for shopping.
